Tamassy is a London-based digital media design studio, founded in 2010 by digital designer Taiyo Nagano.
Specialising in design, branding, art direction, and development, Tamassy works across a wide range of digital platforms, including web, social media, print, video, and motion graphics.
With a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise, the studio has become a trusted partner for clients in the creative industries. Notable collaborations include projects with iconic British textile designer Celia Birtwell, renowned fashion stylist Sarah Richardson, and musicians Basement Jaxx and James Blunt.
Recent highlights from Tamassy’s portfolio include the graphics and opening sequence for the BBC/Netflix drama Giri/Haji, as well as the branding and website for Sarah Richardson, the founder of the fashion magazine Beyond Noise.
The studio’s name, Tamassy, is derived from the Japanese word “Tamashii,” meaning soul, reflecting our passion and dedication to bringing depth and creativity to every project.
